Delete your Haboku account

Deleting your account removes everything our server holds about you: the account, all its sign-in sessions and all its scores.

In the app

This is the quickest way. The deletion is immediate.

1. Open Haboku.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Tap Delete my account again to confirm.

Without the app

You can ask for the deletion if you do not have the app any more.

1. Go to the Community Discord.
2. Send the message “Delete my Haboku account”.
3. Include your name as the app shows it on the Account screen.

We delete the account within 30 days of your request, and usually much sooner. If more than one account has that name, we ask you for more detail before we delete anything. We tell you when it is done.

What is not on our server

Your progress and settings are on your phone, not on our server. Uninstall the app to remove them. Signing in with Google does not give us your Google account: to manage that, go to Google.
