Additional medical items with distinct, meaningful effects - what each does is best discovered at the trader and in the field.

For server admins

• All effect values are tunable in \$profile:TTMedic\Config.json, written with defaults on first boot.
• Two PBOs (scripts + assets); ship the bikey in the mod's keys\ and the server root keys\.
